When can I expect my Foipi package to arrive? We move quickly to get your new look to you. Typically, it takes us 1–2 business days to prepare your order. Once it leaves our hands, transit usually takes 3–7 business days. In total, most customers receive their items within 4–9 business days.

Do you charge for delivery? Not at all. We provide complimentary shipping on every order within Ireland. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you’ll pay at checkout.

How do I keep an eye on my delivery? As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking link to your email. You can use this to follow your garment's journey from our door to yours.

What is your return window? We want you to love what you wear. If a piece isn't quite right, you have 60 days from the delivery date to reach out to us at info@foipi.com to start a return.

What condition should returned items be in? To qualify for a refund, items must be in their original, unused state with all tags and packaging intact. We recommend being careful with makeup or perfume when trying pieces on for the first time.

Are there any hidden return fees? We do not charge any restocking fees. While the cost of return shipping is handled by the customer, we are always happy to help facilitate an exchange if you're looking for a different size or color.

Payments & Security

Which payment methods do you accept? We partner with Shopify Inc. to provide a secure checkout experience. We accept all major credit cards and several local payment providers to ensure your transaction is safe and simple.

How long does a refund take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the balance to reflect in your account.
